ARMY DISAFFECTION. LONDON, June S. Reuters Pekin agency learns that owing to disaffection among the provincjal troops the Government has ordered the removal of the breech-blocks from their rifles, and has dispatched loyal troops to take their places. It is considered that this reduces the possibility of a dangerous rising.
