Ireland," forty-seven years "of age,, an# arrived iaSew Zealand with, his wife and! six children.only three, months ago.- From fhe evidence: given yesterday; it appears that' Marshall and his wife and family vvent to_ Cheltenham Beach on Monday; and spent the. day picnicking; While on the beach the party met two friends, who 'returned home with, the; Marshalli and ;had tea with the' family.
