■ TO-DAY'S AUCTION. This afternoon saw the conclusion of Messrs. Paul Hansen and Co.'s sale of the Bays-water estate. * The attendance was not so large as yesterday, but most of those present were bidders. Section 185, 100 ft 2in x 166 ft 9in, £4 2/6; section 128, 103 ft oin.x 155 ft, £4; section 145, 66ft x 165 ft, £4; section 146, 70ft x 165 ft, £4; section. 9, 66ft x 260 ft llin, £6; section 11, 66ft x 241 ft 3in, JE6.
