NEW AUCKLAND COURTHOUSE
(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. The question of the new magistrate's court at Auckland is being kept steadily in view. Dr. Findlay informed mc that "when lie was last in Auckland, he asked the Law Society to express its views regarding certain proposals made by him, and it is the desire of the Government to study the convenience of the profession as well as the public; but he has not yet received the Society's considered opinion.
