DOMINION LIABILITIES.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WEIJ-INGTOtK, this day. An abstract of the liabilities of the Dcaninion outstanding to March 31, received from the Auditor-General, and presented to the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon, shows liabilities totalling £1,405,800, the principal items being:—Public Works, £1,054,427; Consolidated Pund, £287,132; Bail-way Improvements, £22,494; WeTiingtonHutt Railway and Road Improvement, £191,638; Public Trustee, £7,756; Loans to Local Bodies, £5,978; Lands for Settlement, -£2,544; Tteposits to National Endowment Account, £1,856; Government Insurance Account, £1,213.
