ON A GERMAN ISLET. 10.13 a.m.) SYDXEY, this day. Consternation has been created at Jaluit, in the Marshall Islands, by the discovery of a Dumber of Japanese living in the outlying islet of tiaspar Rica. They state that they have been there three years, collecting birds, fishes, etc., and are awaiting a steamer to return to Japan. Their landing is a breach of German laws, and the governor has gone to investig *c.
