TURKEY'S REORGANISATION.
CLEARING THE DEPARTMENTS. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON.. May 23. The "Daily Telegraph's" Constantinople correspondent states that the reorganisation of the Government departments in Turkey involves the dismissal of 27.000 "shady" and inefficient officers, both military and civil. Thanks to the operation of martiallaw these changes are possible without disturbances.
