(To the Editor.) ; Sir, —Of late the peaceful nights of Devonport have been made hideous by the howling and barking of the canine race of mixed-breeds."-Where is the "Garrad" of Devonport? And Wherej oh, ■where has my little dog gone? Not..into the proverbial sausage, but somewhere in the vicinity of Calliope-road.
