NEW OTAGO DOCK.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDDJ, this d»y. At a meeting of the Otago Dock Trust, beld for the purpose of considering the position of affairs in connection with the new dock, it was decided that, in view of bleaches of contract, action under clause 17 of General Conditions of Contract be forthwith taken. It was stated that since the time when the new dock should have been completed, 46 vessels, which should have been docked here, had gone to other ports.
