PORTUGAL'S MONARCHY.
KING'S CIVIL, EIST. (Received 7.58 a.m.) LISBON, July 13. The Chamber of Deputies at Lisbon has approved a clause in the Civil list granting King Manuel an income of £200 daily. Queen Amelie refunds to the nation a sum of £32,400 improperly advanced to 6«*.
