LONDON, March 21.

Mr. Justice Eve, after declining to disturb owners' titles dating back 80 years, refused an application by a claimant to the Page estates, covering nearly half of Middlesex, for the appointment of a"receiver and manager.

[Mr." W. H. Morris, of Katoomba (N.S.W.), is the latest claimant to the Page estates, the capital valuei of which is believed to turn the hundred millions and may even reach £150,000,000.
