Battleship Programme Rejected.
ST. PETERSBURG, March 21
M. Stolypin (State Secretary of the Czar) has decided to accept the decision of the Defence and Budget Committees of the Douma in favour of the rejection of the proposed building of battleships and the passing of the votes for torpedo boats and submarines. f
