White Savagery in tlie Beichstag. LONDON, March 20. F_euters Berlin correspondent reports that Herr Erzbergers reference to the "immortal soul of the negro" during a debate on the colonies in the Reichstag, evoked laughter and cries of "Oh J" from the Press gallery. Herr Groeber referred to the reporters as "piggish louts," whereupon 32 journalists demonstratively ■withdrew, and refuse to return, until adequate satisfaction [.is granted.
