The Pacific Cruise. NEW YORE, March 20. j President Roosevelt, interviewed by an ; American representative of "Le Temps," j justified his crusade against plutocracy and anarchy. : The President declared that the fleet I would return home immediately after j visiting Australia. The object of the cruise was to make Americans understand that the fleet was a great and important factor in maintaining a world policy, and they also -wished to show the Powers the strength of the United States.
