KOCKHAMPTOITS PLIGHT. PAP.TTAT.T.Y STJBBEBSGED. (Received 10.15 a.m.) BRISBANE, this day. At Rockhamptcn the flood waters are still rising. All the lower parts of the town and the whole of Kockhampton common are submerged. (Received 9.59 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Collarenbi is isolated by the floods, and no train has reached the township for a week. Food supplies are getting short at Weewaa and Narrabri, but the worst is past and the waters are receding.
