A bnrglaxy with a tragic sequel oc--red yesterday at the house ot Mr. jloDtgomery Fleming, a well-known resist of Glasgow. An ex-convict named -Mcleod gamed admittance by night, and his movements ponied Mr. Fleming, who confronted the iurglar. jfcLeod at once fired on his would-be captor and wounded him. Mr. Fleming _gj himself fired three times at McLeod, causing his death.
