MADE NIGHT HIDEOUS.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) THAMES, this day. David Lawson disturbed many of the ■esiden-ts of Miekay-sfcreet last night. He altered several preruises, hammered at loors, used bad language, aud generally nade himself obnoxious. Constable Boyle's services were enlisted and he arested Lawson, who was charged this norning, and pleaded drunkenness. Several previous convictions having been iroved, Lawson was sentenced to six veeks' hard labour in Mount Eden gaol.
