The Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court opened here to-day, belore Mr. Justice Cooper. His Honor, in addressing the grand jury, congratulated them on the comparative absence of rntno in the district. There were thirteen charges ajrainst twelve persons, thi-ee of wha-li were for as-ault. either with intent or having caused bodily harm
