The South Australian Government's honey exhibit obtained highest awards, and a silver medal at the Cookery and Food' Exhibition in London.
The British imports -for the month of October increased by £3,025,000, and the exports by £5,085,000, as compared with the previous October. The "Times" Capetown correspondent reports that it has been decided that the De Beers Company's preference shares, •which are mostly held in England, shall not pay the Cape income tax.
