DIVIDED COUNSELS.

SYDNEY, this day.
Tie Seapit and Glebe lodges have rejected the miners' committee's ultimatum threatening to strike, but the Minnia and Wallsend have agreed to the proposal. The other lodges will meet to-morrow and Monday and give their decisions. It is believed that the majority of the lodges will agree on the ulltimatum.
