A CORRUPT RUSSIAN MINISTER
ST. PETERSBURG, November 8.
The Supreme Criminal Court has convicted M. Gurko, Assistant-Minister for the Interior, for overstepping his official powers in connection with the Lidvral grain contract, and dismissed him from office. l
M. Gurko has been forbidden to hold any public appointments for the next three years. '
