UNIVERSAL SERVICE FOR BOYS
(Received 9.45 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Defence Act Amendment Bill, which has reached its second stage in the Senate, provides that all boys over twelve and under nineteen shall be compelled to join a military or naval cadet corps.
