NORTH SHORE TACHT CLUB
The North Shore Yac-irt Club held its twelfth annual meeting In the Devonport Council Chambers on Wednesday, the modore (Mr W. A. Wilkinsou) presiding. The committee recommended that tne annual subscription be reduced to encourage boats belonging to <? tbe J clubs to race with the North Shore Yacht Club, aud also to increase the membership. The balance-sheet showed that the receipts amounted to £18 3/10, and the expenditure £1-1 4/10. The report and balance-shret were adopted. The following officers were elected:—Commodore, Mr W. A. Wilkinson (re-elected); vice-commodore, Mr C.J. Collings; rear-commodore, Mr T. Le Husuet; treasurer, Mr H. Couch; secretary, Mr W. Sin-ton; general committee, Messrs \V. Swinnerton, G. Miller, W. Me-v Keuzie, H. B. Martin. E. Buchanan, E. Gittos, J. G. Jackson. P. Adeane, H. Hill, V. Bennett; liandicappins -committee, liessi-s W. Carter, W. Siuton, and W. Shaw; starter and umpire, Mr W. A. Wilkinson; timekeeper, Mr'A. W. Parker; measurer, Capt. Grbbs; auditor, Mr J. C. Webster. five new meonbers wore elected. Trophies were promised for tho events of the season by the following: Messrs W. R. Wilson, Jagger ami Harrey, Clare and (a yachts' dingey). W. A. Wilkinson, K. Buchanan, W. Gordon. F. Bennett. H.
