PRESENTATION TO VICTORIA'S ENGINEERS. (Received 10.19 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Australasian Institute of Engineers has presented gold badges to Mr. Bennett, chief engineer, and to Mr. Hastilow, second engineer, of the steamer Victoria as a mark of their appreciation of the pluck and resourcefulness displayed in repairing the damage to the steamer's cylinder. [It may be remembered that the engineers of the Victoria, while the vessel was nearing Sydney from Auckland, displayed commendable promptitude in repairing a breakdown to the engines' cyliindei'S.J .
