Opposition Preparing in India. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 10. He proposals of the Secretary of State for War (Mr. R. B. Haldane) for the redaction of the army will be announced In the House of Commons on Thursday. Strong opposition to the tailing of any such measure is being manifested in military circles in India, and there is food reason to believe that the Indian Government is determined to oppose a reduction that is likely in any degree to teperil its own existence.
