ADDITIONAL RELIEF ASKED FROM WASHINGTON, (Received 5.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 22. The Hall of Records, containing valuable historic documents of the city, title deeds, and public securities, has been saved from all damage. The consequence is that the feared disputes as to titles will be averted.
