RUSSIAN WITNESSES CROSSEXAMINED. SURVIVAL OF TORPEDO-BOATS (By Cs'.ble.—Press Association.—Copyrlgtot.) PAIRS. February 2. The examination of the Russian officers before the International Commission was continued yesterday. Though severely cross-examined, they adhered to the statement that they had seen two tor-pedo-boats. Captain" Clado insisted that it was impossible to mistake a trawler or the transport Aurora for a torpedoboat.
