Claim for Labels and Trespass. — In the claim of J. A. Bock, patent medicine proprietor, v. Paul Bock, patent medicine proprietor, ana Culpan, his salesman, for £16, for labels alleged to have been wrongfully extracted from plaiutiff's bouse in LeamLngrton Rd., by defendant, and £23 damage for trespass in so doing, the defence was that the labels in question, under the terms of dissolution of partnership, belonged to defendant, and he objected to his brother using them. Judgment was reserved.
