(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) GHKISTCHURCH, this day. It is expected that the Representation Commission will sit hi Christchureh shortly. It is assumed the new constituencies will be approximately Sydenham, Central Ward, cuul St. Albans, and is is reported that plans are being made on that basis. Mr Ell will proba/bly contest Sydenham, Mr Bavey the Central seat, and Mr Taylor St. Albans. Other names mentioned are those of Mr C. M. Gray, the present Mayor, -who is almost certain to contest eith-er Central or St. Albans, Mr G. J. Smith, and Mr Collins may be candidates for Middle District. The only out-and-out Oppositionist whose mune is mentioned definitely is Mr F. M. B. Fisher, son of the me-mber for Wellington, but it is uncertain whether the Conservatives will adopt him.
