DOCTOR TOR AGLAN. The Premier is of opinion that a subsidy should be" "ranted to enable a doctor to be obtained for Masons in the Raglan district. THE PAHIATUA ELECTION. The Ppstmastej-GeneraJ s'.ates that telegrams forwarded to electors of Pahiatua before the last bye-e.leetion by Mi - . Seddon were paid for in the ordinary way. GUM AND TIMBER ROYALTIES. ; There is little probability of the request made by local bodies for a portion of royalties on the f-ale of gum, timber, and flax beinp- acceded to. TREATMENT OF CONSUMPTIVES. The Premier states that the Government have no intention of setting up consumptive sanatoia beyond that at Cambridge. TAURANGA POBT OFFICE. Cabinet has decided that the matter of rebuilding the Tauranga post office should stand over for the present, and no tender has been accepted. HELENSVILLE HOT SPRINGS. Government are not prepared to under- ; take development of the Helensville hot springs, as they do not possess medical properties distinct from other mineral waters in the province. MANGAWAI BRIDGE. The Government declines to vote £600 for the Mangawai bridge, but will probably grant a subsidy of £250. GREAT NORTH ROAD. A sum of money is to be provided on the Estimates for the Great North Road, and the Warkworth-Wayby section will receive a portion. DARGAVILLE COURTHOUSE. The Justice Department has no intention of erecting a larger courthouse at Dargarille. '
