The Porte has informed Austria and Russia that Bulgaria has ordered in Paris a hundred million cartridge:; and much smokeless powder. The revival of the Macedonian revolt is regarded as certain directly the snows have melted. The people are disregarding the Consuls' appeal to await the promised formsThe rivalry of the two revolutionary committees embarrasses the rebels. Both committees consider that Bulgaria is bound to take the field, and both havn sent emissaries to the chief European capitals to secure funds.
