The. usual weekly change of programme at, the City Hall on Saturday evening will provide fresh vitality for Mr Fuller's Vaudeville performers, the new artistes being Watts and Lucas, clever Irish specialty dancers and pattennongcrs, and Madge Lucas, who is equally clever in contortions.
