PARLIAMENTARY CONGRATULATIONS TO MR CHAMBERLAIN.

(To the Editor.) Sir, —As an elector of the Protectionist constituency of Grey Lynn, I protest against the uncalled for action of Mr Fowlds in cabling to Sir Henry CampbellBannennan in order to belittle the almost unanimous vote of our House of Representatives in favour of Mr Chamberlain's action. I would urge a public meeting in Grey Lynn to consider the conduct of the member in this matter. — I am, etc., GREY LYNN ELECTOR.
