One ' Drunkard.—Only one drunkard was dealt with, the offender being discharged upon, paying costs.
Bylaws Infringed.—Percy Best was fined 5/ for leaving a carriage unattend 1 ed in Queen-street, and a similar penalty was imposed upon Gladstone Mahbn for riding a. bicycle on the footpath of Khyber Pass-road, and upon James Young, •who admitted driving without lights after sunset in Alpha-road, Parnell. A tram car conductor named William Marcus Jones .was fined 40/ for carrying more passengers than he was licensed to do. ■ For being the owners of unregistered dogs Elizabeth White, James Langley, Arthur Partridge; Lewis H. Newinegen and E. Gubb were convicted and fined.' ,i
