BULGARIA REPRESENTED IN LONDON.

LONDON, July 28
The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs .(the Marquis of Lansdowne) has informed the ' Bulgarian Foreign Ofiiee that Great Britain consents to the establishment of a Bulgarian diplomatic agency in London.
Hitherto this principality has remained unrepresented at the Court of St. James.
