AUCKLAND PRODUCE MARKETS,
The Auckland Fruit and Produce Auctioneers' Association report that supplies of produce generally were heavy, and good business was done. Poultry was in nioderate supply, and realised good prices. The butter market was unchanged, while eggs, cheese, and bacon remain scarce and dear. Pigs sold at much lower prices. In fruit there was a great.fall off in, local supplies, yet prices, i which were a shade better, still ruled low, considering the lateness of the season.
