CHRISTCHURCH, this day.
Neither of the senior cup cricket matches were finished on Saturday. Lancaster Park ran up 267 against the United (H. C. Ridley 70, Orchard 50, A. Ridley 46, Hammond 29, and Boxshall 11). F. S. Frankish took six wickets for 67 runs. The Uulted had made 13 without the loss of a wicket when time was called.
Midland gave the Sydenham and Addington an afternoon's leather huuting, and had 387 on the board at the call of time, with only four wickets down (Lawrence 116. Orchard 83, Whitta 61. Strange 51, and Ward not out 32). Lancaster Park, Midland, and Sydenham and Addington tied for the junior cup, Christs College won the President's Cup, and Midland the Vlce-Pra-sident's Cup.
