Morgan, a well-known farmer of thai; place, vwas killed almost instantly. The deceased was driving a team drawing a loaded waggon of chaff across a paddock, when he slipped down in front of the vehicle, which passed over him. He expired almost immediately. gained consciousness. Strong- had only been married about eighteen months and leaves a wife and one child. For some years he was in the employ of the Thames Valley Land Company, and resided at Lichfield. He had arranged to go there to-day aud remove his wife and child to Karapiro, where he had taken the farm lately occupied by Mr Dooley. Great sympathy is expressed with the relatives of the deceased.
