HIKUTAIA SYNDICATE.

Last month's crushing from the Hikutaia Gold Syndicate's mine was £262 10/ from 520 tons of ore.

BUNKER'S HILL.

The mine manag-er reports that the slope back near the Hauraki boundary in the Bunker's Hill mine has 'been discontinued, and the triibuters have put all their energy into the underhand stope, below the drive, and which has been carried along- a total distance of 68 feet from the boundary line. Gold was occasionally seen in the quartz broken out and picked stone was obtained as telegraphed. The water is standing at much the same level as last reported.
