IRON AND STEEL MANUFACTURE.

SYDNEY, July 12

A preliminary meeting of business men decided to take over the whole of the Australian and New Zealancf rights of the Perrin Company of England for an improved method of manufacturing iron and steel tubes. A strong organising committee was formed. It is stated that everything is in readiness to start manufacturing. Perrins are prepared to take £30,000 worth of shares out of the total 100,000 to be issued.
