T understand that the ne,w Lunacy Bill introduced in the Council, drafted 03' Mr Joltift'e, is not only a consolidation measure, but brings up to iate the whole legislation on the subject. Mr I'oynton, the Public Trustee, declares the Bill to be the best and most complete legislative measure ever introduced on lunacy in the colony.
