WAIKATO COAL
THE AKATEA FIELD.

A seam of bituminous coal, which has been known for years past to exist at Te Akatea, six miles from Ngaruawahia, is about to be opened up° The Waihi Gold Mining Company have prospectors at work getting out trial parcels. It is understood that Mr Cadman is also interested in the venture. ■
