The suspension of the standing orders is to be moved in the Federal House to-day to enable the Coronation Representation Bill U) pass all its stages. . The Bill provides £26,000 for the Commonwealth.. Contingent, £5500 for the illumination of the State capitals, ' £2000 for the Bisley rifle team, and £ISSO for Mr. Bartons expenses. . The Federal Cabinet is discussing tne lines on which Mr Barton is to act at the Imperial Conference-
