The Committee were of opinion that Carlson, though a very good shot individually, is not suited for firing with a team. Regarding Webster. though formerly in the front rank among marksmen, he has fallen off. THE CADET CORPS.
The regulations relating to the organisation of cadet corps is awaiting the approval of Cabinet.
