THE 'FRISCO, MAIL.
The s.s. Ventura, with the English and American mails, arrived from San Francisco via Honolulu and Samoa at 2 p.m., and anchored off the Wynyard Pier for inspection bj' Dr. Sharman, health officer. The Ventura left San Francisco on Thursday, March 20, twelve hours late. She brings the following passengers: Cabin — Miss" V. Osborne, Mrs. G. W. S. Paterson, T. E. W. Crombie, Miss C. B. Spring, Miss E. Murray; second cabin—Geo. Pattiman, A. E. Newton, A. T. Robinson: steerag'e —M. Carr, Ch'as. Lomey, W. L. Mulville, C. N. Hanson, M. H. Peters.
