Per Hawea, from the South— 390 sacks oats. 50 sacks oatmeal, 50 sacks G. seed, 63 sacks linseeed, 4450 sacks wheat, 250 sacks pollard, 230 sacks flour, 1000 sacks bran, 35G cases milk, 2890 bags flour, 23 blocks stone,' 347 rams, and sundries. Yesterday the s.s. Rimutaka sailed from Wellington for London. This afternoon the s.s. Star of New Zealand sailed for London via the South.

The barques Empreza and Vision are loading coal at Newcastle for Auckland.

The barque Ganymede is expected to leave Newcastle to-morrov. fo:- Auckland. The barquentine River Boyne has been chartered to load at Newcastle for Wellington. Messrs Earp Bros, have chartered the barque Margarita to load coal at Newcastle for Lyttelton. The s.s. Te Koa berthed at Queen-st. Wharf this afternoon to discharge on completion of which she loads frozen meat and proceeds South to complete loading for London. The new oil launch built by Mr C. Bailey, Jun., for Messrs Fenwick and Co., of Napier, was launched yesterday. The launch will be used in carrying the Company's workmen to and from the steamers anchored in the roadstead. The schooner Geo. Prescott, of Port Townsend, was taken to Victoria recently to be placed under the British flag, and added to the Victoria sealing fleet. As part of the vessel is owned in Seattle there will be some difficulty in making the transfer.

The scow Moana has changed hands, having been sold through Capt. Cozens to Messrs E. D. Pike and Co., of Sydney. It is the intention of the new owners to employ her in the hardwood trade between the north coast of New South Wales and New Zealand. The Moana, which is specially adapted for bar-har-bour work, carrying a large cargo on a light draught, was built at Whangaroa m 1595. She is a vessel of _6 tons.
