THE HAWEA.
The s.s. Hawea arrived from the South at daylight this morning, and/? berthed at the . Hobson-street wharf. The purser, Mr L. H. Brown, reports that she left Dunedin on the 3rd inst., called at Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Napier, Gisborne, leaving the latter port at midnight yesterday, arriving as above. Experienced light variable winds and line weather to Napier, thence to arrival fresh easterly winds.
