ALTERATIONS IN GERMAN TARIFF
BERLIN, July 27
Owing to a Socialist paper publishing the incomplete German tariff the Government has published the complete draft of the Bill, which concedes the demands of the agrarians and considerably increases the duties on agricultural products in the commercial treaties. The minimum tariff for rye and oats is fixed at five, for wheat at five and a-half, and for barley three marks per 100 kilogrammes.
