VICTORIA NATIONAL MEMORIAL.
LONDON, July 27.
The Queen Victoria Memorial Committee have accepted the design of Mr T. Brock, the famous sculptor, for a national memorial to the late Queen, mid the proposals of Mr Aston Webb, the eminent architect, for the treatment of the space in front of Buckingham Palace, where it will be erected.
