NEW YORK, July 22
Captain Blackburn has completed a remarkable and daring, though by no means unique voyage. He has successfully sailed a little boat across the Atlantic from Gloucester, in Massachusetts, to Lisbon, Portugal. The time occupied in making- the trip was thirty and a haJf days.
